My Socially Distanced Fall Bucket List

Sharing is caring!

Listen: I’m all here for these cooler nights and everything fall! Within the last few weeks, the temperature has dropped, and every store is filled to the brim with fall décor. It’s crazy to think that this time last year I was studying my butt off and getting geared up for Fall Break. Now I’m working full time as a pharmacist and working to slowly decorate my new apartment to make it feel like home. One of the things that I’m most excited this season is the chance to actually do some things on my fall bucket list.

Want to know what’s on my fall bucket list? Here’s what I had in mind.

In today’s post, I’m sharing my socially distanced fall bucket list where I share some of the things that I’m excited for this fall season!

Autumn Bucket List

Apple Picking

True story: I’ve never been apple picking before, and it’s something that I’m really excited to do this year with bae. If you’re in the Charlotte area, there’s an apple orchard an hour and a half outside of the city called Apple Hill Orchard that looks pretty cool online. I’m definitely making sure to snag a few apples to make a homemade pie later!

Take a weekend trip to the mountains

This fall season, I want to go on a weekend getaway to the mountains. I’m thinking a weekend filled with outdoorsy adventures and plenty of time for relaxation. It’ll be nice to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city (and of life). Some of the possible destinations that I had on my list were Boone, Hot Springs, and Bryson City (all located in North Carolina).

Learn a new skill

One of the things that I really want to focus on is photography! I’ve always loved photography, but alas with school and now work, I never really spent a lot of time mastering this craft. Most of the photos you see on this blog were taken by photographers that I pay to help me create the content that you see. While I love the photographers that I work with, I would love to learn how to take incredible photos on my iPhone for when I travel without a professional photographer.

Have a Harry Potter marathon

While I can’t recite every single movie by heart, I will say that I’m a huge fan of the Harry Potter series and would love to have a Harry Potter marathon one day this fall season. The plan is to watch every movie start to finish until I’ve completed the entire series! Wish me luck! If you’re not a Harry Potter fan, then I highly recommend the Vampire Diaries. I just finished watching it and it’s worth the hype!

Visit a local winery

I’m actually not a wine drinker, but Titi really enjoys trying out different wines. I’m hoping that this fall season we can head to a local winery for a fun date night activity. I mostly enjoy going for the good views, interesting history, and a good time. Can you imagine a nice fall picnic with some bomb wine on a mountain somewhere? Yep, sounds perfect to me!
